Ziad holds a Master's degree from the École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris, along with a Bachelor's degree from HEC Montréal. With more than 25 years of professional experience, he brings a wealth of expertise to the table.

 

Ziad has guided numerous clients through their business challenges. He has held key leadership positions in HR, leading organizational transformations and empowering teams to redefine their HR strategies for enhanced strategic impact. Ziad has implemented cutting-edge HR shared services teams, led process reengineering initiatives, and seamlessly integrated the latest trends and technologies into HR programs.

 

Beyond his professional achievements, Ziad is an active contributor to the HR community, known for his engaging conferences at the Ordre des CRHA and his facilitation of insightful discussion forums among industry peers.
